Our focus is twofold - timely publication along with international communication. The Press provides a platform for scholars, professors, and engineers throughout the earth to interchange ideas. Quality is king. To ensure quality, the Editor-in-Chief of each journal takes the helm. Editorial boards are likewise set in place for this mission – to ensure quality. The double-blind peer review is the next step in the process. Once past this rigorous inspection, papers are published both electronically and in print.
